The Green Isle

Monday, July 17, 2017

The last time I shared this dress with you I was in London venturing the streets on my nineteenth birthday!  Well, on this particular day I was wandering the hills of the miraculous isle of Ireland!
Today I sit in my kitchen with watercolors and paint brushes trying to recall the lovely scenery to place on my paper.  I truly wish I could go back right now and live there for at least part of my life.  It's so different there- from the villages after villages you drive through, to the incredible mountains sprinkled with sheep, to the scattered cafes that serve tea tastier than any tea that has ever touched your lips.  The word that comes to mind when I think of Ireland is "genuine."  Quite like when I think of   SewVintageByNatalia.  She hand makes all of her beautiful dresses that captures one's eye.  The little details she puts in just makes it!  I picked out the style, chose the fabric and waited (not very long may I add!) for it to come!  It arrived and the beautiful green dress with pretty pink flowers on it had a pretty pink matching liner! I can't say enough good words about the shop, so click on over and find something you like (believe me, it won't be hard!)!
